If your problem is no fill then presume the valve or part of the valve has failed or the water is turned off. No model number so cannot look it up Logixx 1400 does not mean much as probably 300 plus different versions. Mdel number begins with enr on sticky label on inner dooor frame. Some Bosch Neff Siemens have a water speed sensor attached to the valve- often a problem. Probably a case for a new valve but check water obviously before buying anything as if water pressure naff changing the valve will not cure your problem.
