Name of powder to iron over to patch / mend fabric ?

Do you happen to know the name of an agent that one can dust over a tear in fabric; iron over; and the tear is mended (sometimes need a fabric backing)

I thought it was 'magic mend' ; in brief internet surf...saw a product: Bo Nash 007 Bonding agent ; perhaps similar...though thought was a bit expensive...seem to recall another product / less expensive; worked well when I used before...anyhow..if you know of another selection ..or experience with that Bonash 007...I'd find helpful

Thanks

Just noticed your request as I was looking for similar. There used to be an excellent powder called Alcotex Unit 7 Marybank Lane Dundee DD2 3Dy. I bought this years ago at a Modern Homes Exhibition in Glasgow. Cant find it myself now, but someone may recognise this name.

Magic mend was made by a company called Texative based in Maida Vale, in London, It was a fantastic product but, sadly, is no longer available
