Dishwasher dispenser sticks. How do you remove the dispenser and fit a new one. What causes it to stick occasionaly. Will replacing the dispenser cure the problem

This is happening to my Ariston dishwasher at the moment! No one seems to answer on here. I thought if I knew what made the dispenser door open I might be able to trace the fault. The door has not opened for 4 washes now!
