Hi Kitty; if its like this Crutchfield (big electronics store) web site shows http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/ISEO-rgbtcspd/learningcenter/car/car_stereo/installation_guide.html?print=1&page=all you will need that DIN tool (two U-shaped tools, made of metal) that is shown. The tools release the spring clips which hold the radio. What that means is the tools move the spring clips in (toward the radio) so that the clips will slide forward past edge of the plastic housing in the dash. Put the tools in the holes (there is a slight click as the tools slide in the catches on the spring clips) and then pull on them gently to slide the radio out. If the radio doesn't move out, you might have to move the tools apart a little (move your hands away from one another, towards the doors) to move the clips in just a little more than simply putting the tools in. I got my tools at a Car Quest store (a better auto parts chain) http://www.carquest.com I believe ~$7.00. Hope this helps.
