Fix Fault Europa Solar Plus

My Europa Solar Plus is burning everything so I presume the thermostat has gone. Can I replace it myself?

I have a Creda Europa Solar Plus and the bottom oven does not heat. How can I find out if it is the fan element that is unserviceable or the fan itself or both

This is a 1990 model I bought in london. Used sparingly say about twice a month. Now the bottom oven dose not heat. What can I do? can I find a model number and spares?
