THE GRILL ON OUR 720G DOES NOT IGNITE. A friend grilled cheese on toast and did not leave the grill door open. There is no click when the grill control knob is pushed in. Presumably the grill ignition has broken. Is it difficult to replace and would someone likeB+Q sell replacement parts please?

The grill sounds like it has tripped - somewhere there is a button to press and reset it - the sods don't say how in the manual though and it cost us £50 just to have someone come round and press it unfortunately my other half did not bother watching where this was -doh!
