is it mormal for my peugeot 206 gti to be using a slight amount of oil? the car had just been serviced when i bought it.... oil and filter etc.. i check the oil level every week and after 2 months the car had went through around 1/3 rd of oil. there is def no leaks and theres no blue smoke at all whatsoever any time. i was told as it is a performance car it will use a slight amount of oil ie a cup per week...? any help would be appreciated. cheers

if thats what you were told then this amount sounds about right. all cars use up oil, one i knew used 5l a week.
