A month ago my ghd's stopped working. The light won't come on and they don't heat up.
I have tried getting into them to see if it is the fuse - but the hinge screw won't unscrew. It just keeps turning.
Any ideas where / how I can get them fixed?
hey my ghd straightners started bleeping when i first switched the plug in today unsual, it is bleeping non stop ..how can i get this fixed and who by? thankyou

Mine are less than a month old and seem to have stopped working also.
Will I need proof of purchase to send them back for repair? Im not sure I still have receipt.

Hi Leigh they can be fixed no probs, the thermal fuse or a ceramic plate will have blown, i can get them working good as new and back next day for £20 including postage,

phone your local stockists e.g salon direct and ask for a bag to send them back to ghd they should repair or replace them.
