How can I repair my Rowenta Commercial Steamer?

Our steamer just quit working the other day - When you try to turn it on nothing happens - the light that indicates it is working does not come on - is there a way I can troubleshoot this to try to see how to fix it? Thanks

I have had the same problem with my Rowenta and have e-mailed them 2 times in a year...and nothing! So irriated!

My steamer stopped working as well. The light comes on, so it is getting power, but it does not heat up. Any ideas on who to contact?

The same thing happened to me. As I'm sure you've learned, the Rowenta site and user manual are absolutely no help. I wound up sending mine to the dump and settled on a different brand with better service... try the Jiffy 2000.
