The gear selecter has become "notchy" when changing through all gears. The clutch is working normaly there is no slipping and the engine will stall if the clutch is released.Can anybody tell me if it is possible to adjust the clutch on a 2.5 v6 x-type jaguar.hopefuly this will cure the problem.

sadly the clutch can not be adjusted on these as it is hydraulic, very similar to a ford mondeo, could be a clutch/ dual mass flywheel problem.
