How do I attach a new bumper to a Ford Mondeo, Mreg?

I am a complete novice and any advice on how to remove old bumper and attach a new one would be very helpful. Including what tools I would need.
Many thanks

Did you ever get this answered? I need to replace my mk1 mondeo bumper as well.

also dont forget about the hidden end screw behind the wheel under the wheel arch, this is instead of screw down the edge of the bumper like fiesta's, a dirt shield might need to be removed these will be 30Tx (Tuax, star shape) rag bolts, and easy to remove the vehicle also may need to be jacked up for easier access.

The rear one is quite easy, the front one isn't too bad either, just a few more bits to to take off, to gain access, but held in a similar way.

The rear one is held on by both nuts screwed on to the bolts moulded into the bumper which come through the back panel. There are also two (one either side) securing bolts on the side which allow the moulded channels on the bumper to slide on and when tightened keep the ends of the bumper flush with the body.
