I have a Bosch Condenser dryer WTL 55000 which goes through the drying cycle, but the water is not being collected in the reservoir. The water is collecting in a 'well' located behind the filter and not rising through the rubber pipe leading up to the reservoir. The pipe is clear and all the filters are clean. Does the machine pump the water up to the reservoir or is it some form of capilliary action?

Any guidance would be gratefully received.
