Kenwood A901 mixer, smoking!?

Hi there, I have recently aquired a A901 mixer, I went to use it and after a while encountered a revolting burning smell and blue smoke. Upon closer inspection the 2 x rectangular components on the PCB are swolen and cracked. Are they easy to replace (I do have soldering equipment). Does this point to a more serious problem? The motor was still running; however I decided to stop it just in case (and the smoke was overpowering). I would be grateful of your advise.

Note that a 0.15uF capacitor can be made up by using a 0.1uF capacitor in parallel with a 0.047uF capacitor. [I assume that the 0.01uF capacitor referred to above is a typo. I got the Maplin part number for a 0.1uF capacitor from another 'answers' web-site and it is N69CN. I haven't tried yet it but it looks as though there is enough space for 2 components. 'In parrallel' means that both capacitors have both legs connected to the connection points on the PCB - ie one is piggy-backed on the other.

Jamie, just saw your problem... If you can solder you can fix the bits you mention.... Here is a precis of a message I send to another guy who had a similar problem
Maplin part numbers....
> They are:--
> Resistor 220ohms = D220R 2W metal Film Resistor Max 500V @18p
> Resistor 56 ohms = M56R 0.6 W metal film resistor max 250V @
