wind shield wiper?

i have honda accord-95. today , my font windscreen was freezed in the morning. i tried my wind shield wiper and it worked. Later again, when i tried to use it, wiper did not turn on..
can anybody help me in this matter

I suspect you have broken the "transmission" that connects from the motor to the wiper arms. You will need to see Honda or, if you are handy, get a manual and go for it!
