on the vectra they have a panel in the boot where your jack goes, pull it down if you reach in you can pull the metal lever on the solenoid back which is inside by the wheelarch to release the flap, it has 2 wires attached to the solenoid, try jiggling them to make sure they are not loose then try locking and unlocking the doors, to see if it works, hope this helps.
