How can anyone tell me where the heater resister is located on this van? Thanks in anticipation!!!!

Your heater resistor should be on the heater box, if you lay in the drivers foot well and look up the side of the box you will see the wires, slightly easier to see if you take the stereo out. Either way it's probably just easier to put up with only having speed 3.
