Without taking the whole thing apart, you could try to suck it out with a small straw/capillary tube or/and poor lots of water into it so it overflows alot, hopefully this will displace alot of the detergent and at very least dilute it down.
Not had the problem myself, so this is just an idea - it might work. Be carefull not to shut the door too quickly when you're trying to get rid of all the water on the inside of the door - you don't want it all over the floor.
