refridge is not cooling. Kenmore model #3639771611 serial #l64947153?

I resently moved my refrigerator from outside in the garage into the house. It was cooling fine for about a week and then it will not cool. The motor still turns on and off. Just would like ideas on what the problem is and maybe the best and cheapest way to repair it.

Hello, Check to see if you hear evaporator fan is working inside the freezer and also clean the condenser coils under the fridge. Good place to start!
