i'm trying to fix mine too. You raise the top of the dryer and tilt it back. You might have to use a puddy knife to slide in the crack and gently pry it up. Then you take the front off the dryer. There are 2 screws on the top inside of the dryer, one on the right and one on the left. Remove these and the front of the dryer will come off. The belt is a thin belt that wraps around the drum about a foot back from the front. If it is broken you won't see it around the drum. Get down in front of the dryer and look under the drup. there is a tension pulley and a pulley on the back of the motor. You can't see the one on the motor but you can see the tension pulley. The new belt will wrap around the drum. You can raise the drum slightly and work the belt back toward the pulley. The grove side of the belt should go against the drum and aound the motor pulley. The smooth side of the belt goes against the tension pulley. First put the belt around the moter pulley. You can't see it, you just have to feel it. The put your right arm around the right side of the motor and your left arm around the left side of the moter, pull the tension pulley to the right and slip the belt around the left side of the pulley. The smooth side of the belt should touch the pulley. Here is a problem that I'm having. You need to line up the belt on the tup just over the pulleys.
You may be able to see a mark on the tup that the old belt made. If you don't get it lined up right the belt may jump off when you start the dryer. Good luck.
