My hoover performa wa110 constantly drains?

My hoover performa wa110 constantly drains. It was in use until a few days ago when builders had to move it and now when I try to do a wash the water runs straight through the machine and out of the drain. Any suggestions?

The drain hose has fallen below the normal level so that water siphons away. Raise the grey corrugated drain hose to the correct height to rectify the problem.
