when ever i go on the net, there are favorites listed that i havent made myself. I delete them, and then empty the recycle bin, but the next time i go on the net, the same favorites appear again. Also my home page is about:blank even when i have changed it. Can u help me find permenant resolutions to these problems

Hi, ive had some favorites added to my list i can delete, i think its spyware, and ive tried lots of anti spyware programs to remove them but i just cant, im told its coolware stuff but not 100% sure on this, any1 know anything that can help ?

sorry i forgotto mention that once you click on the tools option you will the have to click on the internet options, before you can clean out the cookies,history and tempoary internet files..

seems like your browser was hijacked and you will probaly have various unwanted viruses and spy/mallware e.t.c,, to repair this
you will need to do the following 1,delete again as you,ve already done,,2 download lafasoft adware program which is free and run the program,make sure your anti virus program is upto date and run this, also ,if you do not have one ,you can download a trial version of a.v.g antivirus which you can use for a certain period, also when in internet explorer, at the top click on the tools option and do the following, clear history,,clear cookies,, and clear temp files,, i think doing all the above should clean up your computer.. ps you can download the aforementioned programs from download.com and other freeware sites e.t.c
