Can I fix my Triton T80i?

My Triton T80i works perfectly well, and has done for at least 7 years, but unfortunately most of the water is coming out from a pipe at the bottom (nr the hose) rather than through the hose. Do I need to replace the whole shower unit?

the prv has activated you need to replace the prv.
but you must find why it has activated first. possible hose twisted, shower head limescaled.
