immerse the belt in boiling water for 10 mins to expand it. very quickly fit it over the drum and use a piece of sturdy plastic tube slightly larger than the motor spindle and about 6-8 inches long to stretch the belt and lever it onto the motor spindle. It isn't easy but I just saved myself a call out fee.
