Hi , bottom thread break, Industrail toyota AD156?

Bottom thread breaks , after repalcing needle, What do i do . Thanks Rita.

Hi Rita,
Check the needle. It should be Type 16*231 in a size between 70 to 80 for normal type fabrics.The needle size should be similar to the old one that was taken out as a machines hook may need moving if you change size dramatically. Ensure the needle is installed with the groove to the left side when viewed sitting at the machine. Ensure the needle is seated properly in the needle bar. There should be a hole in the needle bar near the retaining screw that can be cleared of debris using an old needle. Ensure the needle is located as high as possible in the needle bar. Make sure the needle point is not damaged. Check bobbin is not over wound and free to rotate in its case. Check the plates needle hole for catches especially if the last needle broke. Use fine emery paper to remove catches.
