I have moved to a house with an alarm with a Scantronic 9427 keypad. The red key for the panic alarm has been lost and we somehow managed to set off the alarm from that site. This has resulted in a red light for that zone on the keypad and we cannot reset it as we don't have the key.

Can we get another key and how do we reset it?

Judy, take the front off the panic button and push the insides back up! refit it and put code in.
