How can fix my sportcraft TX400?

I havent used my sportcraft TX400 in month, but i have been trying to fix it since i recived the chip yesterday the screen is blank and no lights or results show what so ever may you please help me fix this??

front drive axle,the drive pully is sliping around the axle.no way to tighten,looks like it was just pressed on .
