hii i have recently bought a peugeot elyseo 100cc moped. when i bought it, it was running fine however the dealer said that the battery was low. when i got it home i took the battery out and charged it over night. when i put it back in a red light started flashing next to the speedo, when i turn the ignition on the red light stays on constantly and the bike wont start at all
dealer also said the ped has a brand new cdi and supplied me with 3 keys two for the ignition and a red one for a treelock
could someone please help as i no nothing about mechanics

i had the same problem and had the ignition replaced costs about 90 pound but problem sorted

hi m8 i have a peugeot elyseo 100cc scooter and it just wont start at all it wonts go but it just keeps cuting out i have got new parts for it but it still wont go

hi mate did they give you the master key,if so it should be a red key,try this put the red key in and wait 4 10 seconds then turn key to on position,remove red key then and use your black key and the ecu unit should read the codes,if all this fails like mine did remove the battery wires and wait for 10 mins and re connect,if still no joy like mine again you will need an unristricted ecu and coil pack whitch has no imoblizer fitted to it and it will defo run ,good look hope this helps
