just watched mine done.took 10 mins for a pair.get car on a ramp .support chasiss so rear axle is unsupported.get a long prybar-5/6 feet long is good.ease spring over retaining lip.pop new spring in ease over retaining lip with prybar.DO ONE SIDE AT A TIME AND REPLACE BOTH SPRINGS.be careful and use common sense when supporting the chasiss.if in doubt leave to a pro.cheers
