Can you tell me how to get the rear bumper of my Vauxhall Zafira so I can fit my towbar Thank you

Undo all the screws, 1 under each wheel arch, 6 under bumper and 5 on top.
Pleel the edges back away from the wheel arches and then slide backwards. They can be VERY tight the first time so pull backwards increasing pressure until it moves.
