my daewoo frs-2031IAL Fridgefreezer ice-maker is not working?

The water is not freezing in the ice maker on my fridge freezer, the top part of the freezer does not seem to get as cold as the lower part of the freezer. Does anybody know what is wrong with it. The fridge side and lower part of the freezer is working Ok.
