how can you fix the switch on the door to make the tumble dryer start because my son slamed the door and now it does not work please can you tell me how to fix it

Hi there, firstly check if the door still has the "pecker", a part that sticks out from the door and goes into a hole in the machine body to depress the switch, it is more common for this to break than the switch. If the switch is broken then the top needs to come off AFTER REMOVING THE PLUG then a new microswitch can be fitted
