how I do stop water dripping from the boiler?

Bolier is a potterton Prima F type and now when all the radiators are on in the house, an unusual enough occurrence, there is a steady drip of water coming from the pipe leading down from the boiler. Am trying various combinations of wheels and levers switched on/off from the water tank and waiting to see if this resolves anything but no luck so far. ANY IDEAS???

Is it a condensing boiler? All condensing boilers have a discharge pipe to get rid of the build up of condensate - the pipe run should empty into the main soil pipe.
