how do I change glow plugs?

I have a 1998 ford mondeo and the glow plugs need changing any ideas anyone?

The easiest way is to disconnect the battery and then carefully undo each glow plug in turn. usually a 10mm socket or spanner required to undo the plugs. there are two different lengths so watch out for that and avoid some makes as they are not so good eg wellman the best are NGK.
is it defineately the glow plugs there is an 80 amp fuse in the panel by the battery that should be checked with a meter first and also check that the buzz bar that feeds the glow plugs is getting the power.
