How can I Fix a Zanussi Dishwasher ZT6810?

I have got an A4 Alarm on a Zanussi Dishwasher ZT6810 what could be the Problem? Thank You.

The instruction book with our ZT6810 says you need to contact a Zanussi Service company for an A4 fault.

Maybe they'll tell you over the phone what A4 means so you can find someone who knows how to buy and fit the broken bit.
