The problem is you cannot see the plugs?
There is a plastic cover over the plugs. Undo 10mm nuts to remove cover from top of the engine

you need a spark plug wrench, this is just a deep socket with a rubber insert to stop it moving about and cracking the ceramic bit of the plug. usually 16 or 18mm.
