Indesit IDL700 UK DISHWASHER Draining Problem?

The dishwasher was unable to drain all water after a wash cycle and the 3H lamp was flickering. I tried clearing the filter and re-runnign the programme, but the 6H and 12H lamps started constantly flickering and water was not draining again. Called the service number and they indicated the control panel might need to be replaced. Any ideas?

I have this happen to me on a DL63. It is usually due to a small piece of broken glass or plastic blocking the little propellor that pumps the water out, (think of the little paddle in Nemo's tank)
You need to remove the bottom of the machine, undo one screw and twist the pump free, fairly easy, but make sure you turn the power off first. The outlet hose and pump will then be accessible, have a look in and turn the paddle with a screwdriver, bet you will find something blocking it. Shake it out and reassemble. I can't change spark plugs but figured this out so it's not too hard.
