How do I clean my inkjet printer?

How do I disassemble and clean a HP PhotoSmart P1100 printer? There is ink all over the rollers and some plastic parts.

Also, cotton swabbs and window cleaner or alcohol for the rollers, while feeding blank paper through it. Good luck!
