I've been given a gas cooker, can I convert it to bottled gas as there is no natural gas in my village? What do I do

You can - contact Calor or Macgas and they'll sort it for you. All it needs is a bigger gas jet but they wouldn't want you to fit it yourself in case it goes bang. They'll instruct a corgi registered fitter to do it - in which case the bang will be bigger.
