Usually an easy one - prise off the dust cap using a small chisel, undo the large nut beneath (normal right hand thread but staked) and the brake drum, with bearings, pulls off. If its really awkward due to wear lip caused by the shoes you'll need a puller that bolts onto the drum - the central screw thread forces pressure on the stub axle and the drum comes away. Use a new nut and dust cap on reassembly.
