how can i fix the charging jack in my LG Chocolate without paying $200 fee?

The charging jack in my LG Chocolate phone got pushed inside it somehow so now it jiggles up and down. i took it to telus to repair it and they said unless i want to pay 200$ id have to repair it myself, does anyone know how to repair it? my emails justin6654@gmail.com if u have any ideas
