i have a zanussi fridge freezer zx97/5 the freezer is working but the fridge is not can you help me with this problem?

It keeps beeping intermittently with the flashing lights going off.Tried hoovering out the front grilles,making sure it isnt overloaded with food and changed the temperature settings!Help

HI I had the same problem with freezer. If the freezer is working then it should be alright. The fridge gets its coldness from the freezer. The cold air is pushed up from the freezer to the fridge compartment via a fan found at the back towards the bottom. The air is passed through the two vents located by the veg draw.

This problem can be sorted. Just turn it off for 48 hrs and switch back on. It will work fine after that promise.

defrost 24hrs will make this work but if after 2 to 3wks problem happens again you have a defrost or sensor issue
