My Hoover Commodore top loading washing machine is VERY slow to fill and will only fill quicker if I "play" with the tap
I think it is to do with the solenoid - Can anyone help???

There should be filter screens on the washer or in the hoses that block the gook from entering the machine. Unscrew the hoses and make sure those screens are cleaned.
