Drain the fuel from the machine turn it over there should be two`PULLEYS `or as we say in Great Britan two wheels .Adjacent to the wheels should be a nut and and adjuster, usually a thin metal strip. lossen the nut and you will find the belt will be easy to remove. Put on the new belt(actually i recond the belt doesn`t need replacing only adjusting)When the new belt is in position readjust and tighten nut. Its very diffulcult to decide on the free play of the belt but a good starting point is about 1/2 inch if it slips tighten again just experiment I hope this has been of use to your.
