How can i fix my Diplomat Select 620 electric oven?

It turns off when up to temperature then comes back on 10 minutes later and is ok?

This is probably due to something called an 'overheat' sensor - (situated on the outside of the oven but inside the casing) that is over active. Its shutting the oven down until it cools a bit, then allows it to come back on.
