I am having problems with the fridge part of it which appears to be working fine for around 2 weeks then starts freezing food in the fridge then goes off all together. The Freezer continues to work fine maintaining its tempreture.

If i then turn it off and in affect defrost what is a frostless fridge it will again work for the 2 weeks or so.

Any sugesstions?

The rs21 models have been featured on watchdog as having a design fault and you can get a 5 year warranty from date of purchase if you ring samsung and complain, however and don't know if the rs20 models come under this. Check out watchdog you may be lucky.

the fan in the fridge section has frozen up behind the back wall.. you may have a blockage behind there or your defrost sensor has gone down, could also be a faulty defrost heater. for a temp solution switch appliance off and leave fridge door open for 48hrs
