my beko washing machine no. wma 1512 w is not workinh. the problem is that?

my beko machine is partialy working. the problem is that the drum is not pumping the water out. have checked the out let pipe . seems o.k. not blocked at all. can u pl help me?

Probably the pump then! Or a blockage of soap powder/ llimescale inside the machine.
