Tablet dispenser does not open during cycle on Global 300?

The tablet dispenser on my Dishlex Global 300 does not open during cycle, dishes are not being clean properly, any ideas?

We had this problem on ours. It turned out to be a hardware failure and needed a new dispenser to be installed.
