how do i get my cd player back on in my vectra?

took a fuse out in my vectra but now my cd radio won,t come back on and it is sayin safe on the dash.

You need to get the security code for it and input that first.If you have not got it then go to your local dealer with proof of ownership and they should be able to sort you out.
