i have a nokia n95 mobile phone and i put a password lock on my memory card.i have fogotten my password to unlock it because i haven't used it for quite sometime.i have a sandisk 512mb and just wondered if anyone can help me??
the only way to unlock it is by going to the memory section and reformating the card it self , the phone is a different case and its no use in resetting it back to factory (if you like to reset it but it will do nothing to the card ).. your best bet is to format the only the card

try restting phone back to default settings but this will delete all your info as though it was a new phone, if in doubt see phone specialist
