Whirlpool AKZ451/WH/01, no heat from fan oven?

I have the above model of fan assisted oven. The fan is working, but there is no heat being produced. I'm not sure if this is because the heating element needs replacing, or perhaps something else. If anyone has some advice, would appreciate it. I would rather fix this myself, if possible. Thanks.

Check the resistance of the element by unplugging the 2 wires with a volt meter if the ohms are more than say 2ohms ie in the hundres or thousends the its the element. get one from ebay

The oven has 2 fans one in the back in the center of the heating element that you can see rotating and another fan in the top/celling of the oven that blows air to cool the oven.
